Our Club

Activities

Our members are a friendly group of riders who, while retired from the workforce, are definitely putting in some overtime enjoying life and the joys of safe riding. We come together as part of the motorcycle club nomads, representing all shapes, sizes, and ages. Our diverse group includes nomads bikers riding all types and makes of bikes, accommodating all experience levels, from new bikers to those who have been on the road for years, all united under the nomads motorcycle club spirit.

Activities

Our motorcycle club, the Nomads, boasts over 300 members and continues to grow. Each month, the Nomads motorcycle club organizes several scheduled rides, ranging from all-day adventures to fantastic destinations, as well as weekly breakfast and lunch rides. The nomads bikers in our group have even started hosting night golf outings, while the party lovers among us fill the house at our annual Nomad Holiday Party! Additionally, we've introduced a swim party in August, so make sure to join us for the fun!

As a proud member of the motorcycle club nomads, we actively support any ride that can help others both in our area and beyond. This includes Honor Flight rides, Flags for fallen Vets, and hospice center rides, where we roll in to see all the patients outside waiting for us. When we see the smiles on their faces, it gives us a great feeling. We also engage in nursing home rides and actively collect food for people in need at every meeting. The nomads bikers are committed to continuing these efforts and exploring many more ways we can help the community.

Interested in joining our motorcycle club Nomads? We have just four requirements to become a Nomads motorcycle member:

1. You have a love for safe, fun motorcycling with great people!

2. You understand that being 'Retired' means you have more time to enjoy life and get involved in activities with fellow Nomads bikers!

3. You are a resident of The Villages, Florida, and possess a current Village ID for verification.

4. You must own a motorcycle and hold an endorsement on your driver’s license.

Join us at one of our meetings at ALLAMANDA Rec Center, which take place on the first Monday of every month at 7 PM!
